Our expert advice is starting at Newport Craft. Don’t miss the gorgeous gowns, makeup, floral bouquets, and hairstyles from esteemed wedding professionals! After visiting all of the exhibitors at Newport Craft, hop on the trolley to go see more at Rosecliff.
Free Parking at Newport Craft Brewery. Free Parking will also be available at Rosecliff mansion (limited spaces available). We urge all attendees to park at one venue and use the trolleys to get to the next venue.
Trolley shuttles between both venues will start at 11 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. The trolleys will be running continuously throughout the show.
There are no physical tickets for the Newport Wedding Show. Simply say the ticket purchaser’s name at the Pre-Registration check-in.
There will be check-in booths at the entrances of both Newport Craft and Rosecliff where you will receive a pink wristband that serves as your ticket for the day and will grant you access to the second venue you attend. You do not need to check in at both venues.
To enter to win one of the amazing grand prizes, you must visit the booth of the respective business and fill out an entry form. There are two grand prize sponsors at each venue. Winners will be announced at 2:30 p.m. but you do not need to be present to win.
Door prize winners will be announced through signage at both venues and inside your program. If you have won a prize, you will be connected with the company through email after the show. We do strongly recommend stopping by their booth to say hi!
We urge all attendees to use the trolleys to travel between venues and leave their vehicle at the first venue they visit. This will help to alleviate parking traffic jams and allow you to have the best experience!
No! Ivory, A Bridal Boutique is showing different styles during both fashion shows.
Yes! It is show policy that we only share your contact information with the exhibitors of the show for that year. The information that is shared with exhibitor are: email, phone number and your role in the wedding. Mailing address and any other information you provided will not be shared.
